"Heather (a/c unit) wasn't functioning well and nights were freezing. We reported that but nothing was done. 3 nights of suffering. Although the place is amazing - freezing nights without heating are not worth it. Leaving the fireplace on at night is not an option. Also, originally we booked 2 nights ..."
