I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. Nice, clean, staffs were polite, It was more than I expected.

Rooms smelled of cigarettes, the only restaurant I saw open was the buffet for breakfast and the sports bar which was completely empty both nights I checked, didn’t feel clean for a 5 star hotel

Clean room and friendly staff. Definitely a five-star accommodation. The lunch buffet was excellent. Will come back.
