"Old style motel with old carpet on the floors. No balcony although rooms face the ocean. No AC!! There was a fan and small window that opened. Very conveniently located next to the ferry to Campbell River. Didn't notice any ferry or marina noise in the room. Put out the 'do not disturb' sign if you ..."
