We loved the hotel and staff.

Stay for 4 nights, room is spacois and good. The lounge is good. The staff service is fantastic. Only the food quality of buffet breakfast is just ok, very simple, not many choices. I will stay again.

The view I got from the 10th floor was nice. However, the placement of the window seemed odd, as if my super-single bed was to function as a daybed too, right beside the window. And, as with many hotel rooms I've been in, there was dust visibly on the top of the shower curtain rods, the toilet lamp, and parts of the desk. Nothing too difficult to address with wet wipes. However, the staff were professional and pleasant. Nothing too difficult. Just note the tapwater isn't potable, and you need to use the water dispenser at the lobby. The trick is to bring a water bottle or buy a 2L one if you're staying a few days.
