"My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess ..."

"I've frequented this hotel several times when I travel to Ohio and have always enjoyed my stay. The front desk attendant was also kind enough to give me a bagel and coffee after breakfast had ended.
