A great hotel back in the day, and still is; however, it could use some upgrades in the hallway and rooms. Nice view of the iconic Bandai Bridge!

Hi All,
We have a wonderful stay and the vegetarian meals for the two days were sumptuous and interesting.
Room was clean and the servers at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful.
However, it would be nice if shuttle service can be provided during winter from the train station.

It was closest hotel to Sado Ferry. No restaurants near by but only expensive Chinese restaurant in the hotel. We checked in and taxi back to Niigata station for getting dinner. My son’s family got Uber eats because they had small children. No convenience store in the hotel.
