Pros: - receptionist was great - very fast check in Cons: - For a “hotel” I expect having basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste. - the room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a foul, mildew smell and was greasy. Which felt very unhygienic for a 4-star establishment
