Our stay at the Yotel in Washington DC was great. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist. 💕 I would have liked to use the pool—however I’ll have to come back! Check in/out are a breeze, no waiting in line unless there’s a question or issue. The only real negative is the lack of a coffee machine in the room. This would really make our stay exceptional. There is limited coffee provided on the 2nd floor—however most hotels have this accessible at all times. We were able to get a mini fridge which I greatly appreciated as I was travelling with two kids. Parking is easy and underneath the hotel, which made it easy to transport our items. The location is minutes from Union station and about 10-15 min from the Smithsonian museums. Great location! Thank you for a great stay.

The property was well-maintained, clean and spacious, and the staff was responsive. The amenities of the building were nice (gym, game room, and rooftop). The apartment amenities could be described more accurately so guests can be better prepared. For example, the washer/dryer is a combination unit and it did not work well for a family. Also, it states that they provide detergent, coffee, shampoo, etc. but it was small samples and not sufficient for full stay.

It was so nice, and it is a college campus, so it is really safe. Pet-friendly and good breakfast. Parking is way too expensive. No need to charge $50 a night when there is plenty of parking.

Really enjoyed our stay! Small room, but it had all the things we needed and it was well designed. Very clean room as well. We would definitely stay there again!
