Really good value. Nice hotel and the little restaurant on the top floor has some nice views. Definitely be back here.

Very clean, signs of wear and tear in bathroom, but otherwise very good.

Check in was quick and simple, staff were incredibly nice. The pool was cleaned well and was crystal clear. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Definately worth the price!

Great location, great hotel, great service. The AC leaked (twice) and flooded the unit so they switched me to another suite. They were very good about it. Just a major hassle to move. Otherwise, all else was fantastic.

Very nice staff - especially the concierge at the front were very helpful - thankyou for letting my family use the pool when they visited.

This place is dated but in a good way, has all the character of this 100+ year old building still intact. Didn't really have any problems. Only dealt with staff and check in and really felt like we had hotel to ourselves as never really saw anybody around but we left early each day and came back later in day. Close to many things including Mall, shops, stores, restaurants and the river. Easy to get to ferries that take you up and down river as far as you want and back for .50 which is amazing. Southbank is close as well as the Star Casino with amazing 23rd floor lookout (see this and its free). Rooms were clean and spacious including bathrooms with modern shower and fixtures. No outside noises could be heard even thunder was hardly noticeable. Didn't use restaurants or amenities and stayed several days for end of vacation.
