Kohama Island Pet-friendly Vacations

Hoshinoya Taketomi fue una experiencia hermosa y aún más especial porque celebramos nuestro aniversario de 10 años allí. La isla es espectacular y el servicio fue excelente. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Sara, quien nos ayudó desde el check-in y siempre estuvo dispuesta a orientarnos con información del hotel y de la isla. Muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Gracias por hacer nuestra estadía aún más especial.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was just perfect. If we travel Ishgaki again, we sure stay here again.

Tout était bien. Le seul bémol est que les membres du personnel ont un connaissance limité de l’anglais. On doit souvent utiliser Google translate et c’est pas toujours facile.

とても綺麗で家族皆満足でした サウナも快適であいにくの天気でしたが皆楽しむことができました 難点は　サウナへのアクセスは出入り口の段差が大きく不便　足場があればサンダルも置けてベターに感じます また　調理器具は一見綺麗ですがフッ素加工などがなくなっていてすぐに焦げ付きました　電波が悪いからかヘルプセンターの声は聞き取ることが困難でした　ガウンなどは無いので寝る時はパジャマなどが必要です ただ　とても綺麗で雰囲気がいいヴィラです 日本の国内でこのクオリティはあまり見かけないのでまた機会があれば泊まりたいです

The room was decent. Property was nice. Nothing ever seemed open. It was unfortunate that we had a typhoon warning during our stay. No where to sit and have a cocktail till later. The Japanese teppanyaki restaurant was insanely expensive and not very good. It’s really far from most everything which we didn’t realize until we got there so we opted out of our last night and booked a room by American Village. Staff was very nice though.

The meals were excellent and after a really short walk past the pool you are welcomed to an amazing, beautiful beach.

清潔感のあるホテルでした。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、好感が持てました。

チェックイン時から不愉快な経験をしました。 ①洗濯機上に使用済みバスタオル3枚 ②屋外の物干し竿に干したままのタオル1枚 ③洗濯機フィルターはゴミ詰まりで砂だらけ。 その不具合を連絡すると、その状況を画像を送れ、と。 事前評価で残置物コメントを拝見しながら、改善されてると思い予約しましたが、誠に残念な体験でした。 【不具合報告】 ・玄関インターフォン、壊れてます。 ・空気清浄機、壊れてます。 建物は奇麗ですが、監理体制が残念でなりません。

Very helpful person at the information desk. Of course we spoke through google translate The japanese breakfast items were delicious It was located exactly where we needed it to be, directly across the street from from the ferry to Takatomi island. Perfect location if you’re taking a ferry.
