Old hotel and small. Room service very bad and unprofessional. Bed sheets rough Breakfast doesn't have good options and the staff very rude

Excellent location

Aside from the climb to the third floor (no elevator) the stay was excellent. Staff was weak in English but very eager to help. Included breakfast was good. I would return and recommend this hotel.
