This properties location was great. So much at walking distance. Loved having a 711 across the street to grab snacks during our trip. We watched a comedy show at the theater which was walking distance as well. The hotel itself is very modern, I was a bit nervous with taking our 10, 9, and 7 year old but it was honestly fine. They loved the pool and were able to swim and be happy. I was nervous if people or the staff would complain about kids being kids and having fun but no, they let them play and others swam with them. The only complaint was parking was so expensive, basically another nights stay! But what made it better was the staff all there were quick and polite. I would most likely to stay there again.

We went to an LA Kings game right across the road. Was absolutely perfect! Everything you need for a good nights rest.

Good location close to union square. Beautiful lobby and reception area. Attentive staff. Stayed with a family of four sharing two double beds which were both comfortable.

I love this hotel and will continue to stay here. I don’t give 5 stars in all areas because the jacuzzi is kept at a temp that feels lukewarm. It’s also a tiny jacuzzi with rough texture that snags bathing suits and scratches skin. It doesn’t match the opulence of the hotel. I had to call 4 times to ask for a toothbrush to be sent to my room. It took a couple hours for it to arrive. Other than those minor issues- food and staff were great. The room was in need of fresh paint on walls or maybe a Mr Clean sponge to get all the black scuffs off. These are minor issues. I’m satisfied overall.

Brilliant hotel but location was terrible lots of homeless and dodgy characters and long walk from anything would definitely recommend booking something in a safer area closer to Santa Monica or Hollywood. Stay away from this hotels location unless you want to get mugged or have your car broken into.
