One of our favorite places we have stayed. We like the space and the amenities in the room. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The location to restaurants nearby was also helpful.

We had a fantastic stay! Every detail was well-thought-out, including the hand warmers, face products, toothbrush, combs, hair clips, bathing cloths, slippers, and pyjamas. The hotel is incredibly child-friendly, providing sponges, children slippers, and step stools for the little ones. Perfect location for USJ visitors—we’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to all our friends!

Overall, this is a classic five-star hotel with solid standards. Facilities are comprehensive, most staff are polite and attentive, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. However, we experienced a significant issue during our stay. Guests in the adjacent room frequently kept their door open and were traveling with a young child. There was constant loud talking, door slamming, and noise from the child. As we were staying on an executive floor, this level of disturbance was unexpected and unacceptable. After enduring this for two nights, we requested a room change. The hotel responded promptly and moved us farther away, which we appreciated. While the issue was resolved, it raises concerns about how the hotel manages guest behavior on executive floors. This is not about whether children are allowed, but about ensuring guests are clearly reminded not to disturb others—something expected at a five-star level. Another disappointment was breakfast on our final day. My husband requested an extra coffee, which was acknowledged but then forgotten as the staff member attended to others. By the time it arrived, we had to leave for our flight. Her attitude also felt cold, which contrasted with the generally excellent service we experienced elsewhere in Japan. Overall, a good hotel, but these service lapses affected our experience.

Beautiful hotel very convenient access to move around close to restaurant and transportation When it comes to room cleaning the only change towels every day we stay 4 days and never clean our room. Give water every day Breakfast too expensive. What I notice is hotels have cut many essentials services in the name of the environment but charge more even do they their cost is less Small words hotel is decent and yes I recommend it
