Checking in was unfriendly and ill informed.
Checking out was no better and hit for a resort fee! Rooms were clean, but very small. Restaurants and bars had odd operating hours. Escalators to street level were not functioning.
The housekeeping staff were very nice, though

Room was clean, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Diego. Food throughout the hotel was exceptional! Lobby bar had great end-of-day cocktails in a cozy setting. Will definitely stay again!
