BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! Through this booking!!!!!!!!! Got double charged and wasn’t able to get refunded until days later and this all happened on the morning of my wedding day!!!! no consideration no Customer service literally the worst ever!!
Beautiful hotel with a great location and fun atmosphere, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing
especially considering we were there for our wedding.
The room was beautiful, but storage was extremely limited. We were also told a Jeep was available, but it wasn’t. We had issues with our promotional rate that required us to cancel and rebook a room, which felt risky so close to our wedding.
The biggest issue happened on our wedding morning. Expedia mistakenly charged my card, causing it to be frozen. I suddenly had no access to money for breakfast, coffee, vendors, or other wedding-day expenses, and was told the refund could take 3–7 business days. What made this worse was the lack of empathy from management. Instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed and overwhelmed to the point that I was crying in the lobby on my wedding day.
Unfortunately, our friends staying at the hotel also had their AC stop working and ultimately had to leave and find another hotel.
The property itself is beautiful, but when something goes wrong, the way guests are treated matters more than the aesthetics. For a wedding trip, this added unnecessary stress to what should have been one of the most special times of our lives.
