The staff at the hotel can’t do enough for you. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Great location and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of New York so we slept really well with no disturbances. Gym is quite small but is stocked with good equipment. Rooms are on the smaller side but this is New York so very expected. Loved the furnishings of the room, felt cosy and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was solid but wish they had more hot options.

This was my first time to NYC. For reference, solo female on business travel. I couldn’t have picked a better hotel! It is close to SO MANY AMAZING RESTAURANTS. Since I was there on business, this was a huge plus for me. But, if you’re a foodie and you like shopping, this place is in the perfect location. Also, TOTALLY WORTH upgrading to the balcony rooms. Staff is wonderful, super kind and helpful. OH- and shout out to the housekeeping folks who were so quick and great at their job! I’ll definitely stay here again.

Great location for Times Square/Broadway shows. Nice continental breakfast options. 24 hour water and light snacks available. Others have mentioned a complimentary happy hour/wine gathering, but I don’t think that is available any longer. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Always enjoy staying at Hilton properties. Everything from the easy check-in into the beautiful room was amazing.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay so that we could stay local after a Broadway show. It was perfect. Very clean & very thoughtful staff. Thank you for making our special night run smoothly!
