But other than that, it was great staying at the WE ! Get breakfast buffet added to your stay. Its so worth it. Staff are very helpful, there’s a friendly orange cat that comes to the hotel entrance every morning. Rooms were clean and I liked it so much. Expedia gave us scammer property at our original booking. No way check in and no way to reach them. Customer service took us almost two hours on phone to wait and then told us no way to check in and no way give us new hotel. Totally unacceptable! I had severe cold fever with two young kids stay outside street like homeless at 11:30 pm. I choose the hotel which is closer to us and there is late check . The room and decor was a bit dated. None of the outlets had USB or 110 V adapters (some modern hotels do). The carpeting was a darker color and doesn't appear to be well cleaned as I found crumbs on it on the first check in day. We did try the buffet and it had a lot of variety and was good.
