Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location.

First room that we checked into the carpet was sticky and AC in the rooms wasn’t keeping up. They moved us rooms and the AC was worse than the first room. Our room never went below 77 degrees which made it miserable to shower and sleep. All they could do was provide us with a fan. We tried to get a refund to move hotels but they wouldn’t nor did we get any kind of money back for the issues. Won’t be back and won’t recommend.

The terrace was spacious and with a nice view, however, as soon as we stepped out there, the Internet didn’t work, and even alerting hotel staff to this problem, didn’t fix the issue.

I've stayed in a lot of good quality hotels in New York,but this one was a bit different. My stay felt very safe and personable, I had everything I needed, and if I didn't I had the front desk to always guide me through any questions I had. Very clean rooms, and such an amazing surrounding area with lots of options for food

I had a great time staying in this property.

I did not like the feather pillow, and I was not aware of the foam pillows until I checked out. My toilet was running the whole time, and I was very disruptive.
