I was told I was getting a remodeled tower, which was the north tower but they forgot to tell me they remodeled that 10 years ago. Honestly, motel six is better in Washington state The AC unit that we had in the room was making so much noise like a jet taken off , also was barely keeping the room cold enough to be able to sleep. I do not recommend this Hotel to my worst enemy.

Location of property is great, was a wonderful hotel to have my first Vegas experience at.

The service from staff members were poor, especially the casino staff.

Overall, we had a great stay at the property. However the shower curtains need to be replaced. They are old, stained and moldy. When turning the shower on hot, the showers make a loud knocking noise and rumbling noise very loudly! I was in room 10059. It may not be for every room, but this room has plumbing issues. We couldn’t switch rooms due to it being Breezy Bowl and iHeart radio concert, so most hotels were sold out.

Beautiful hotel, clean, smelled nice, lots of shopping and dining choices. Friendly staff. Loved this entire experience. My favorite is still the W (Delano) but Resorts world is a close second, I would say mostly because of location. Definitely worth the money I paid.
