Unacceptable
"Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this."

"I got to the hotel at 9:47pm. I asked about dinner and I was told it is on-going. They assigned a room to me and I went to drop my luggages.
