Thank you for a wonderful stay! We absolutely cannot fault TS Suites. Super handy location with all amenities, including Bintang Supermarket close by. The hotel is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

Honestly we are from Perth and have come to Bali every year for the last 20 years and we have stayed everywhere, hotels and villas, but this was the truly the best family holiday hotel we have had. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, stunning gardens, amazing staff, we cannot fault it. I really rate the poolside staff who had so much to juggle they were so good, but also the location is perfect we will come back here, highly recommend this and whilst it’s not cheap it is definitely worth it :)

Reviews mentioned rooms were tired. I agree but it did not affect us having a lovely holiday. Food was fantastic. Dont drink tap water, hotel provides plenty of bottles. Staff were super friendly and humble. Always with a smile. Breakfast was great but needed to queue a little each morning. Its very humid, but the room's air co was good. Nice time overall

We only stayed one night, and wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of the facilities. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices to suit everyone. Thank you Anita
