Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in. I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. Beautiful with lots of things to do in the area

Nice, clean, staffs were polite, It was more than I expected.

Didnt have breakfast or dining service. Ordered a french fries for room service but it was just average fries. Staffs were very nice and courteous. All amenities were great, specially the ping pong table and play area. Swimming pool was heated and open late to use. Perfect for cooler weather.

Signage could be more helpful along with a map of the trails. There was live music at the pool and it was awfully loud. Staff was exceptional.

The hotel was fine and within walking distance to the smaller market. Either the fault of Expedia or the hotel, breakfast was not included nor was the rooftop garden with the hot tubs. I chose this hotel for the photos of the rooftop hot tubs but they were an additional $22 per use. Disappointing.
