Fantastic brand new hotel. Super modern, we had a traditional Japanese room and it was immaculate. We stayed in multiple hotels during our Japan trip and we only had 1 night at Tabi for our last night in the country. It was the best hotel we stayed in. Great location close to Ueno station and Kensei-Ueno station. 7-11 is a 2 min walk. Not sure about hotel amenities as we're there only 1 night. Our room had a view of Tokyo Tower which was a bonus. Would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.

Front desk staff was lack luster. We were about an hour early for the 3pm check in and they were text book about the 3pm rule. We mentioned that on occasion, if the room was ready, we were allowed to check in. Another staff chimed in about signing up for a basic member application using a QR code for early check in. Good grief, we’ve been traveling, tired and that’s the least thing I felt like doing. After waiting and watching the staff figure things out, like magic, they allowed us to check in. In the past, the front desk staff were very kind and sincere but recently attitudes have changed. Although other staff greeting guests and staff in the Hanamiyabi lounge are very gracious.

Easily one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, and I have stayed at luxury hotels across the world. Staff was was very kind, the property and gardens were stunning & polished, and the accessibility to the bus station and train station was great. If you are looking to travel to Tokyo I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso if you want to be pampered.

I booked this property for my first trip to Tokyo. My family and I had an amazing stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya Ebisu! The property is beautiful, and the Ebisu train station is only a two minute walk away. This is great since it is a part of the Yamanote line. There is an alley around the corner containing so many restaurants, bars, and even a FamilyMart. We arrived early morning the first day, and the staff were more than willing to store our luggage until it was time to check-in. When we did check-in, they were kind enough to already have our luggage waiting for us in our room. Our room came with a washer/dryer, dining area and kitchenette. They provide pajamas and slippers. They do provide laundry detergent, but I found that it might be easier to buy some laundry materials at the general store next door. The shower room was adorned with Refa products (if you know, you know.) In the lobby, there is an amenities area that is free for the guests to grab. They even left complimentary vanilla ice cream in our refrigerator that could be paired with their local beer if you were to take it down to the bar for free. The kitchenette in the room was so handy because my family and I would often grab snacks from the nearby convenience stores. I would definitely stay here again. My family was super happy with booking with Tokyu Stay.

We love that the beds were adjustable. Roof top is great with microwave and coffee and tea. Location is a bit busy. Breakfast is good.

I like the clean room the breakfast buffet… The restaurant and bar were expensive but the staff was amazing…
