Modern hotel with great amenities. Conveniently located to visit the Kenrokuen Gardens, the 21st Century Museum of Art, the Geisha districts. Breakfast was included in the room charge, with a good selection of food, both western and local. Staff were very helpful and happy to offer suggestions.

In theory a near perfect hotel, however aside from the minor annoyance of a bizarre breakfast not suitable for international guests, the most important point is a complete lack of vertical soundproofing. You are barely able to hear the trains from outside, however guests above and below (and next door) are constantly subjecting you to THUMPING when you are trying to sleep. Personally I would not return as I wasn’t able to sleep properly until my last night when the hotel was nearly empty. A great shame.

Highly recommend. Very convenient location and stylish hotel. We booked a suite, and it was a great size and value. The room was well-appointed and sparkling clean. The closet placement was to the right of the entry way by the front door. I liked having an entry way with a small bench to sit or place package, but I did not like having the only closest near the entry way. The bathroom was spacious and the suite had two toilet closets. The toto toilets did not have a dryer and seemed low to the ground. Window shades were all motorized and the room decor was trendy yet Japanese inspired. Location was superb and so convenient with shops and places to eat right next to the hotel. The Kanazawa train station is next door; convenient, modern, clean, safe and connected to a large shopping mall. Kanazawa was a gem and so was the Hyatt Centric!

This was a lovely place. I liked being greeted by the dinosaurs and the buffet was very good!

It is conveniently located and well-organized.
