I always stay here as the staff know me and look after me.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi. It is not very strong or stable. Had a hard time connecting my computer to the Wi-Fi.

Great location and staff was helpful. The location was comfortable and nearby many restaurants and stores. Also easy access to public transportation. And hotel provides many amenities.

Bring mosquito repellent if you will be lounging by the pool. I got about 10 bites in an hour. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The hotel was okay overall, but I had a disappointing experience after checkout. They charged a refundable security deposit of 500 MYR at check-in and, even after more than a month since checkout, the amount has still not been refunded. I have sent multiple emails to follow up, but there has been no response from the hotel. I hope they improve their post-stay customer service and refund process.
