Room is clean but window not very sound proof. Staff are friendly and helpful. Saw security guards patron. Food is yummy.

Excellent location. MRT City Hall station is just 3 minutes walking distance. The heritage Chijmes is opposite to the hotel. The room is clean and spacious.

My stay at One Farrer was fabulous in every way. I truly love the character of this independent hotel. My room was clean, beautiful, and spacious, equipped with every amenity I could possibly need. A highlight of my stay was having access to the Skyline Lounge. The staff there are exceptional—especially Mallik, who was wonderful. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and I appreciated the convenience of grabbing a light lunch in the lounge after a morning outing. The evening happy hour (5:30–8:00 PM) was equally impressive, providing a light dinner with excellent vegetarian options at every meal. Finally, the pool facilities are amazing; I thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub and the cold plunge pool. I highly recommend this hotel!

Superb room with excellent soundproofing, perfectly located in the heart of Orchard and incredibly accessible with a lift from street level to the room. Only gripe was pillows are weirdly flat but uncomfortable when layered on top each other and tissues were not refilled when we checked in. Other than that, 100% would return.

A great place to stay. Friendly and family orientated. Lots to do. Nice and calm.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Close to so many places: shopping, restaurants, attractions.
