Very nice hotel. Only thing I did not like was the hotel is in the middle of two businesses office so if I open the curtain people looking right in your room. I hated that. So I wouldn’t stay here again.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience during our stay. Granted, Florida was experiencing a heatwave, but we had to move rooms twice because the thermostats were not reading or working correctly. The repeated room changes were frustrating and made it difficult to get comfortable, especially after a long day. We understand the extreme temperatures were outside the hotel’s control, but we expected the room’s cooling system to be able to keep up and function properly.

Everything was great, the bell hops are amazing. One dislike if it’s your first time, it’s a little hard to find your way around. Other than that, the staff is pretty friendly and even the valet is great!

Room was clean. Staff was great food place was better than i thought
