We had a snaffoo in scheduling and the staff was so kind to help us out. Jennifer and Luna we bright spots as we came in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than expected. Very good. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The bathroom in our room was not very clean - broken towel rack, no conditioner, mold on the floor. The hotel stairs were not vacuumed the whole weekend. The breakfast was not fresh or restocked when things were gone. Not allowed to take any food to your room or they would charge you $250 to clean. ...
