The staff was certainly very courteous. The room was clean but tiny.

Everything and every one was perfect Great place. hope we will be back one day.

The room was slightly bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. Def still tight though if you have a lot of luggage. The amenities were good and we liked the bathroom. The spot is very convenient. The view from our room was nice. We know it’s next to the red light district, but if you are from America it def doesn’t feel like that and the people standing outside have big jackets on. It’s very easy to ignore them. Plus the area has so many restaurants and people around that it kind of jus feels like they are just there.

Hotel and staff were great. Can’t beat the location!

I’ve stayed before and I have enjoying the hotel. thus I decided staying again . But this time has a problem with the checkin system. When I arrived the entrance, one of the staff had approached me immediately (this is a good) but without asking any details for my reservation and asked me to use a check in machine to checking in the room. I’ve tried twice using the machine but couldn’t check in. When I asked the staff for help it , One of staff said you need to go upstairs. The fact , my reservation was the executive room and I had to go upper floor, to check in the person. It was so intimidated to treat me , to do this or to do that. Although Different properties have different systems and services attitude, they need to ask more details of their needs. The property is very big and has many rooms for different categories. They need to consider their services attitude. Another point which I didn’t like was, I asked them the skip the clean the room , but asked them extra amenities in the bathroom such as a body soap and empty rubbish bin. But there was no extra amenities in the bathroom. Thus I asked them extra body soap by telephone, they bring me one bottle (15ml?) . I could not understand their service.

Did not honor my platinum level because i booked via expedia. I did not like it. My status was earned, irrespective of which rate i am paying during my stay.

The bed was very comfortable. It’s located in a quiet area at night. There is also easy access to the subway and train station.

Great location with close proximity to subway and Tokyo Station. Recommend the breakfast buffet as it is located on the first floor.
