Clean Room, Outdoor pool staff are exceptional.

This is our second stay at Planet Hollywood and again it exceeded our expectations. The staff was so helpful, we loved the pool and I always love the facts that if i don't want to walk the Strip to find food I can always go in the mall.

We enjoy staying here. The parking is free and it is easy to get to. The newly remodeled rooms are nice. The 180 degree rooms are our favorite, however they show signs of extreme wear. Our first 180 room had a shower door that wouldn't close without lifting it as the wall was crumbling underneath the wallpaer and paint, and the jetted tub would not turn on. We have had similar problems at other Las Vegas casino hotels as well. The view at night with all of the curtains open make it worth the money!

This was my first time staying at Resorts World, and it’s my new favorite hotel/casino to stay at now. This will be the only hotel at book with for Vegas stays from here on out. The property is beautiful. The food places to eat are amazing. And the casino is GREAT! It checks all the boxes for me. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here the first time, I booked last year before the hotel completely built. Everything in this hotel is automated through the barcode, I got to communicate with staff twice on the day of check in and the night before check out, even though the app said they’re offering late check out with small charges which I’m willing to pay but when we ask staff at front desk she said no late check out. I booked kings size bedroom but I got 2 queen beds, the rom is obviously new and clean with kitchen, refrigerator, microwave but there’s no ice maker in room or on floor which is a little inconvenient for Vegas weather that’s hot and you needs to hydrate. One thing my boyfriend and I agreed was the shower pressure strong like your house not like any hotel which refreshing.
