Super nice condo with beautiful views. Amazing bathroom and outdoor jacuzzi.

Every Room was spotless, beautiful overall and would definitely stay again. Not a complaint more so a suggestion. If they provided coffee to make this would have made the stay literally perfect. But do it if you're hesitant on booking , i say give it a try! Also the price difference on here is due to the room not having karaoke just fyi.

Incredible hotel - five stars

The room size and amenities were excellent. The bathtub was large and the shower was very good.

Very spacious room, helpful staff (we met Michael and the French chef at the breakfast restaurant, they are really helpful and cheerful), wonderful view Except one of the staff at the reception assumed asian (myself) should speak Mandarin, cos he only knows Japanese and Mandarin, but very little English. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right? I hold a hk passport doesn't mean I HAVE to speak Mandarin or know this language. Never Assume, we speak Cantonese in HK.

Great hotel and the restaurant is lovely. It is great having the help yourself lounge and pool bar but would be nice to have the option to have a serviced bar too with a larger selection / more premium selection of drinks as there is little open late around in the local area. Especially as the staff were very accommodating in areas where they were working and very kind and helpful!

Place was small but clean and so much amenities. Had shuttle to the airport too.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you opt out of every day cleaning, you recieve a 1000yen voucher to spend at the restaurant or gift shop, which was fun. There are free different flavor bath salts, and a self-serve bar and coffee mixing station. The room was huge, clean and has lots of bits to make you feel welcome and relaxed. We never heard any of our neighbors, and the bed & pillows were amazing. There were two ACs in the room, so yiu can keep the room cool or keep the balcony door open for warm sea air. A bit of a shame that the pool closes at 6 (during the off season when we went), but that was the only downside.
