very clean very helpful staff. Ace was very kind and greeted us so pleasantly numerous times. He even gave me an umbrella when it was pouring and he was very sweet. I just wish there were more food options in the hotel restaurant.

We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Boston and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff and concierge team. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help make our stay enjoyable. Their hospitality made a lasting impression and truly enhanced our visit. I also enjoyed the room service experience, especially the delicious chocolate dessert, which was the perfect treat after a long day exploring the city. It was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful touches made for a memorable stay. I would gladly stay at the InterContinental Boston again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston.
