Keio was a delightful endpoint after a grueling 14 hour flight. Friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms with first class amenities. A 7/11 in the building is open 24 hrs a day and don’t miss out on their egg salad and strawberry cream sandwiches- ( all the reviews were right). The property is located close to the train and subway system and take advantage of them. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Nice hotel in a good position related to transportation,very clean,polite staff,laundry room,good breakfast,safe surroundings.Some of rooms are small but you can upgrade if you wish!

I was incredibly impressed, all thought my room was incredibly warm, and i had to ask for a 2nd fan. They then brought up a Dyson, which was good, but didnt get the room cool enough.

Overall, the property was nice and in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was as expected. The heating is over efficient and we did need the ac on at night to try to balance out the heat.
