Clean and helpful staff

This was my second stay at Discovery Boracay! Amazing resort! The staff is super helpful and nice! Joemat at the beach cafe deserves special attention!

The beach was right in front of hotel. Shops and restaurant were near by. Lots of activities to keep you busy during the trip.

Rooms were impeccable, staff were very hospitable and friendly, great variety of food available and place is well maintained. Would highly recommend staying here.

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

We had a great stay. Some hiccups along the way but otherwise great. They fixed any problems that comes right away and with a smile. Shout out to Ms. Chinky in Housekeeping, she’s very attentive to our requests, and made sure we are happy and comfortable. All the other staff from front desk to housekeeping and restaurants are giving their best. Shoutout to Rene @ the breakfast buffet, love his positivity and attentiveness. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Love the bright colors every where, feels really like fun.

This was our first time visiting this resort. We usually stay at one of the Henanns. We liked a lot of things about it such as private beach, the beautiful setting, privacy, gourmet food by some standards and very friendly staff. We didn't like that they charged more for the airport transfer than the cost of flying from Manila to Caticlan. In fact their price is more than twice of Hennan and their service is identical. You're isolated and getting to other parts of the island is difficult. Food and other services are more expensive and when you consider we stayed for 7 days, we felt stuck in one place. They offer shuttle service to town but it's limited and quickly fills up. We don't know if we will be back or stay at Henann again. Or maybe we will try another place as we visit Boracay every year and stay for one it two weeks.

We had an amazing time here at Crimson! The staff were so kind, the food was great, our room was clean and the view was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

The staff was great and the rooms are very clean. The staff was very helpful when I had a question about anything also the food was great as well. This was a perfect Hotel for me!!!

Great deal. Check in was a bit confusing as it is not at the front desk, you need to go around the corner to the business centre to check in and out. Otherwise great space, super comfy bed and linen. Had to ask for more water, but they were quick to sort. Nice pool area, friendly staff.
