There were random brown stains on the sheets and blankets. I have pictures that I was hoping to attach to show. They also tried to "forget" to give me my 1000 baht deposited back.

This hotel sits off the busy street, but still very walkable and close to everything, including the BTS - which can take you all over the city.
My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant surcharge - even when dining in - but I guess it's comparable to the Vegas charges.
It only made me go elsewhere to eat, as there are many, many options within walking distance.
Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.
At checkout, they had housekeeping immediately check the rooms - which was a plus for me as I almost forgot my glasses.
Overall, would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at lebua hotel in the Tower Club Suite River View with Lounge for three nights.
The service was exceptional, and all the staff were very kind and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Din, in particular, stood out—his warm welcome made a wonderful first impression and truly set the tone for our stay.
The breakfast was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. There were many aspects of our stay that we truly enjoyed.
However, there was one issue during our stay that affected our overall comfort and experience. We have shared this matter with the hotel via email.

Good location but the room was not good for resting. Construction noise and the walls are very thin could here everything and everyone up and down the hallway slamming doors etc… shower had mold as well.
