The property is very large and has everything that you could think of. We had a club lounge access and a club room on floor 12 with a balcony which had amazing views. The club room access was much more than we imagined. With traditional Japanese food of all kinds and even a candy floss making machine. Soft drinks were 24 hours a day. Only one thing let it down the club room furniture was worn and needed some TLC. Other than that top marks (even had a flight simulator!!!!). The Onsen is no clothes to be worn which I was not comfortable with but it was ok to go in the sauna with a towel on.

This was a great hotel except my non smoking room smelt like smoke. From what I talked to the staff the whole section I was staying at is a non-smoking section but the people in the room before me was definitely smoking and left a smell. The staff didn't help when I asked about the smell.
