The staff was very kind, friendly, and organized! The hotel was very clean with many commodities!! It was truly a wonderful experience and my friend and I loved staying here. It felt like home. I can’t wait to return to South Korea and stay here again!

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

very attentive and well mannered. the service was spot on and the property was very clean and spacious. We were able to communicate without any language barriers.

One of the best hotel ever!

Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff. We had a large beautiful room with a river view. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding and the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Dinner was amazing too.

room is very well maintained. staffs are veru helpful. Having washer in the room is great.

Overall the value of this hotel holds up. It’s convenient for airport shuttle and close to metro. Rooms were clean and efficient, nothing fancy. This is the first hotel I stayed at that charges for late check- out for just one hour. Maybe this is normal, but it would have been nice if that was a free option.

Beautiful location right next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous spacious room with beautiful city view. Loved loved loved the amenities.

Second time I've been there, and I can tell you, definitely a good place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff, good size, good price, and good location, for people who's first time visiting Seoul myeong-dong is ideal

The location is right in the heart of Myeongdong, very close to all the shops, but the rooms are quite small. The hotel is situated in a commercial building, with its entrance tucked away in a small lane, which makes it quite difficult to find at first. Additionally, at night, the lane is often lined with bags of rubbish, and there are usually people smoking right in front of the entrance. There are also a few stairs at the entrance, so you’ll need to carry your luggage when checking in and out. There is also no front desk service between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In case of an emergency during the night, you would need to wait until the next morning for assistance. We experienced a clogged toilet on our first night. Since there was no front desk available, we had to wait until the next morning for it to be fixed. As a result, we couldn’t use the toilet overnight, which caused an unpleasant smell. However, once the staff arrived in the morning, they were very nice and helpful. Aside from the toilet incident, the hotel is generally acceptable for the price we paid. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly and convenient place to stay, it could still be a reasonable option.
