We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

Overall hotel was very good! Location was awesome, staff excellent, bathroom was huge and up to date. Bed was comfortable, but room temp was hard to regulate, electric outlets in room were in poor condition, but the one in the bathroom was excellent, so charging items in bathroom was necessary. No usb or other charging options.

The room was great as was the location for what I needed. No possible early check in and the breakfast were disappointing.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and clean facility. Excellent location with many good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Clean spacious room, plenty to do within resort

Very nice stay. Like the room-spacious, modern, nespresso in room. 5 min walk to metro#5 station to go to Yeouido park or Gwanghwamum square-city center.

The hotel is fantastic. Staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. Requests were followed up within 5 minutes (incl. a blocked drainage we experienced initially, which was promptly resolved). Our room had a fantastic view of Seoul (which we're very thankful for). As a note, only some rooms have toilet seat bidets so best to be sure you're booked the right room type (if bidet is a preference).

Breakfast buffet was great, a wider variety of food to select from. Room was generally clean and nice. Staff at the front desk were helpful in asking our questions. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Truly fantastic breakfast buffet that can rival any 5 star hotel. Perfectly located for exploring all of the sights you need to see while in Seoul. Wonderful and helpful manager of the hotel, told exactly where we needed to go to find the fresh king crab feast we were looking for. Even warned us that it would be expensive, but we were prepared for that. Would certainly stay here again.
