Japanese breakfast was so good, wish the pool was not age 18+

Wonderful stay at the Nagoya Kanko Hotel. Beautifully appointed lobby, restaurant, bar, and room. Breakfast buffet was terrific and offered delicious food for all tastes. Most importantly when my daughter experienced a medical emergency, the staff was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to be helpful -- they ended up setting up an immediate appointment at an appropriate clinic (she had already been to another clinic in the city that had not been helpful) where they identified the problem (a severe infection) and immediately addressed the issue with professionalism and kindness. We are so grateful to the staff who helped us to find this wonderful clinic (Yamada City Clinic). Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Great location, central to some great shops and restaurants but not too busy. Hotel is very nice too and breakfast was very special. Staff were very accommodating also

Good spread of breakfast with local and international food. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel can be easily accessed from the underground shopping area called the Unimall, from exit U8. Take the stairs up from the Unimall and you’ll see the hotel. Very convenient. Rooms are a bit tiny, especially the entrance area. Free water bottle daily. Room service every 4 days. Room echoes a little because of concrete walls.

早餐與澡堂很棒。早餐有鰻魚飯，米飯是用釜鍋煮的。澡堂有熱水與冰水，很舒服。

Very spacious bunk room for a family with two teens. We are very impressive with friendly staff. A healthy choice of breakfast was a bonus.
