讚的地方是酒店地點非常方便，去邊度都放便，另外，前台員工都非常好。 差的地方是執拾房間問題，應該因應客人住宿晚數來進行簡單執房還是正常執房，不用客人親自告知前台。

地點方便，步行數分鐘已到博多車站。房間整潔企理，大浴場亦乾淨衛生。

地點優越，步行到天神約10分鐘，大門走去最近地鐵站只需2分鐘。自助早餐食物選擇豐富，有佐賀和牛提供，又有溫泉浴。 房間沒有照片看起來大 。
