The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Super clean. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly suggest it!

Front desk staff was excellent, making sure I get registered in the rewards points program. With the points earned on this stay, I was able to redeem them to get a lot of things for free at the gift shop and the restaurant. The indoor pool, steam and dry sauna rooms, ice room & cold dip, and outdoor infinity pool were all very nice. Room condition & anmenities and daily housekeeping were five-star.

Highly recommend for family with baby. Spacious room. Sea view with balcony . Could view star at night . The small kitchen is what you need for a baby ! Could do simple cooking and reheat food .

Great hotel and super staff with a beautiful beach. The food at the restaurants was plentiful and delicious so worth the cost! Only thing I didn’t like was paying 1000Y to use the indoor pool; that seemed expensive! But anyway, why use the indoor pool when the outdoor pool and ocean are so beautiful? I loved our stay here! Highly recommend visiting.

The hotel and location is great. Staff were very helpful. The rooms were not well maintained, somewhat dirty. I had to ask for a different room and pay for an upgrade to be comfortable. Restaurants are good. Pool was dirty.

Very clean and staff were amazing!

Nice property in a busy central location. Clean and helpful staff. Beds weren’t that comfortable. I found it hard to get staff to replenish coffee and water even when using their door cards. I would consider staying again but would look at other places first.
