As it’s only just opened, we had high hopes and it lived up to them; great staff, amazing views and fresh clean rooms. Accessed directly from the subway of the metro (look for quartz building entrance), it’s convenient for central shops.

Excellent hotel, room was spacious for our family of 4. It's a 9 minute walk to the nearest subway, 2 grocery stores 5 minutes away and a 7-11 at the corner. On the first day the washer-dryer malfunctioned, the front desk clerk was excellent and came up to do maintenance on it (a pipe was clogged) and after that it worked great. The place is spic and span.

The room was spacious enough for my family of 5. All amenities were included, really could Just travel here without anything other than clothes. Hotel was clean and even dropped us off at the golden temple highly recommended hotel for families.

This hotel is awesome, nice people, amenities, foods and good location.

Clean room. Lots of food options and excellent location. Close to food and transit.

This was the nicest and most modern of the hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip. There were nightly socials with free beer and wine. The breakfast was delightful with a variety of options. They stock a wide variety of toiletries and skin care products by the check in desk on the second floor. I really appreciated the complimentary face masks after the dry plane air. I would happily stay at another Lively property.
