Hotel that offers something different with the clean modern design, concrete floor, perimeter led light and glass bathroom cladding. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

Awesome place to stay for vacation.

We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

The staff is outstanding! Mr. Raymond Wu - chief concierge goes above and beyond to help us navigate to places and the whole front desk is accommodating of all Of our requests. I would recommend and come back if in Hong Kong again

The room was very spacious, even had a functioning kitchen.

Clean hotel, great staff. Recently renovated mainroom, bathroom looked like it had touch ups but was a little older. Shuttle service. Overall good stay.

A/C in the room was excellent. Staff were great! Hallways of my floor had too much air fragrance smell...bad for allergic people. Overall, a nice stay
