"Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4:00 (check in is said to be 3:00) which is not a huge deal, I understand they were short on housekeepers. Our room was clean for the most part although the bathroom was not very clean, there was someone else’s food in the fridge, and the bunk beds were so wobbly we thought it may break. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful."

Went to check out had to wait for the staff to come in from outside. Gave us a card to call the manager about the cold showers, left him a message and has never returned our call.
