The Best I Can Say, Rooms, Were OK, Just Right, the bed was the most comfortable bed. I've Been so far, Hotel, Very clean sheets, and all else, negativo can be strong Smell of cigarette in corridors, and Everywhere, supposed to be a non-smoking, Hotel, but De, Smells of cigarette is incredible. The staff were friendly / they have a decent gym, Suana and pool which helped the body after a long flight. Beautiful grounds.

Everything is great except for the air conditioning, it did not work. We were provided a temporary AC unit but it did not work much better.

Nice, large, clean rooms. Very helpful doormen who were happy to help when we had issues/questions about ride share requests. We had a problem with reservations we made for seasonal afternoon tea. The promoted cherry blossom tea was not available when we showed up for a reservation we made that there was no record of. Several staff members would benefit from hospitality training. We found several lacking in basic knowledge about the hotel. Hotel would benefit from more English speaking staff.
