I am very happy with my stay at the hotel, but two constructive criticisms, the curtains in my room let the light in at dawn, this is not good for those who like a dark room, at the bar I was very well served, but there was a long delay in serving the table

Our room was clean, spacious & just perfect. The staff who checked us in was polite, amiable and very efficient. Definitely will stay in Double Tree anywhere we go. Thank you.

The A/C in the room was horrible. 3 repairman and still very hot. The early check in was allowed but upon my arrival they said it’s an additional $100.00
They should be clearer when telling people the prices.
