9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,332 reviews)
Our room was not clean, with visible food on the ground from the previous customer. The front desk staff did not feel friendly or helpful in any way. Our bed linens between the 2 double beds were different, with a visible difference in down comforter thickness. While the tub and shower area were nice, the water fixture itself was loose, and the water temp was inconsistent. For a place representing itself as Japanese, the quality of maintenance and care leaves much to be desired. We won’t be returning.
