Hotel is nice. Only the kiddy/smaller pool was open and it closed at 5, which is fairly early. The bigger pool opened the day we left which was a TUESDAY, and that also closes at 5. And I checked in online expecting to just pick up a key when I got there but I ended up doing a check in again it seems. At no point was I informed about the amount of the hold what would be left. It was kind of just…. “Let me see the card you used and if. Here’s your room key”. Other than that, the hotel is nice. You can walk to the Bellagio and the Miracle mile mall without a problem. Treasure Island was one of the first hotels that I first stayed in when I first came to Vegas and I was amazed. This is my second time of treasure Islands and they have came up with a lot of cool things that new tattoo shops more food options that stay open later CVS inside definitely will stay again.

After our flight got cancelled, we arrived the next morning, they held our room and even upgraded us to a mini suite. The staff was top notch, the room was fantastic. Had a great view, even the regular rooms are very nice. Very clean, attention to details and just wonderful people to deal with. Would recommend Planet Hollywood to anyone.

This is our second time staying at the property, this time we stayed in the Venetian South Tower… as always the rooms are super, it was perfect!! and really hot the week we were there but coming off of a cold New England winter it was most welcome!
