Hotel was clean and staff friendly. We booked because the description offered a crib for our baby however this is not accurate as it is only up to 18mo and she was 20mo at time of stay so they would not allow us to use the crib.

Great room - very clean and roomy; beautiful and modern lobby decked out for Christmas; we had a visit from Santa while in the lounge enjoying a cocktail and dinner. Great shuttle service to Narita!!
