Mr. Thomas and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I never write reviews, but they seriously go above and beyond at this hotel. Despite it being sold out and very busy for the F1 weekend, they remember everyone, what you eat, drink etc. Never were stressed or overwhelmed and genuinely like getting to know the guests, but it in an overbearing or sales way. The room and staff were amazing. They were even able to get us into a different room with no issues. The only heads up I would give is the private beach doesn’t have very clear water. But the beach staff like every other staff member was amazing!

Upon arrival I was a little worried that due to the size and quantity of rooms, we would be forgotten about and not receive the 5 Star hotel experience but we were wrong! There is an army of dutiful staff members always available and there to help, our room was a superb garden terrace next to the Mexican restaurant where we had early morning coffees. Cannot wait to revisit!
