The staff was very kind, friendly, and organized! The hotel was very clean with many commodities!! It was truly a wonderful experience and my friend and I loved staying here. It felt like home. I can’t wait to return to South Korea and stay here again!

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location which is helpful since Seoul is relatively widespread and a decent number of areas can be reached even via walking. For example, the Gyeongbokgung palace is within 12 minutes, Insadong Cultural street within 9 minutes, Ikseondong Hanok street within 21 minutes and even Bukchon Hanok village is within 22 minutes. The subway station is also within 7 minutes if not wanting to walk. The hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location near shops restaurants etc but bed very hard and uncomfortable otherwise ok

Great hotel all round, handy location from metro and walking to some main sights. Shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing), bottles of water provided every day, tea and coffee in the room. Great selection at breakfast for both Asian and Western tastes. All staff were really friendly. The only improvement for me would be to speedup the elevator..... it takes ages to arrive.

The infinity pool was very nice -big, warm and clean. We loved it!

Hotel advertises about their indoor and outdoor pools without advising guests of additional cost for pool usage. It’s disappointing to find this out after checking in and they never mentioned that in door pool was under constructions. Receptionists, concierge, door man and house maid were very fast efficient and attentiveness!

My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan.
